How to stop the fog

Fogging goggles or glasses in airsoft  is a shared pain for all.  On a hot humid day or cold winter day fogging is science the bigger the temperature difference the more fog.  

The easiest way is to wear less gear to prevent excess heat and where eye pro that has venting, vents must be smaller than 6mm.

There are several ways to stop fog the top 3 are
