This is frag grenade pouch used in the US Military. The pouch securely holds one frag grenade or other similarly sized items, like a compass. The pouch has a button snap flap. Also, you can mount this pouch to any MOLLE compatible surface. Will fit EG67 pea grenade. Also can be used to store a dead rag or snacks.
