  • 5 ml Synthrapol cleaner and 2 ml leveling agent
  • Choose the listed 2.5 lb or 5 lb gear-weight option
  • For compatible nylon; polyester thread and plastic hardware may retain their original color

Before you order

Results vary with fabric, coatings, and prior wear. Follow the supplied dye instructions and safety information. Use dedicated heat-safe dye equipment, gloves, and adequate ventilation; never reuse dye containers for food. Preclean and wet the gear, fully dissolve the dye, use the prescribed hot acidic bath with agitation, then rinse until clear and air-dry. Afterward, wash only as needed in cold water with mild detergent and air-dry in shade. No guarantee is made for infrared properties, original water-repellent finishes, or exact color matching.

I haven’t used this yet but I’ve been researching how to do this and what I need for almost a year now. I have a bunch of ACU gear left from my time in but is ugly. I was very happy to find this kit, I bought two so I could do all my gear.
