This is a intermediate sleeping bag from the MSS sleep system. It is designed with a “foot box” so that the user can keep their feet warmer by wearing boots or shoes inside the sleeping bag. It is rated between 30° to -10° Fahrenheit, when used with other components of the modular sleep system. It is 1 piece of the Modular Sleep System and is designed to have the patrol sleeping bag fit inside it. Combined with the other 2 pieces of the Modular Sleep System it can keep the wearer warm in sub-zero winter climates!
