Build your medical gear setup with the USGI MultiCam IFAK II Pouch Bundle from Fury28. This four-piece military surplus set includes an IFAK II outer carrier, removable organizer insert, and two separate tourniquet pouches—ready to organize your own first aid supplies.

The pull-out insert keeps supplies together and unfolds for access. The IFAK II design allows the organizer to be withdrawn from either side, while MOLLE/PALS mounting lets you attach the carrier to compatible vests, plate carriers, packs, and belts.
